Client-specific Performance Assessment

The client-specific portion of the project evaluates current and future brand- and retailer-specific* performance. The study will provide invaluable insights including:

  • Client brand and retail franchise strength
  • The impact of declining consumer spending on client brands
  • A wide-angle perspective of consumer choice within the context of overall share-of-wallet decisions
  • The impact of economic performance** on client brands
  • Volume forecasts based on expected future consumer behavior
  • Detailed analysis of price sensitivity and promotional response in the new economic environment
  • Specific analysis of whether client brands are becoming more or less price- and promotion-sensitive
  • Optimal strategic price structure based on brand and competitive positioning

 

* All analyses may be conducted at brand level, category level. Retailer-specific analyses will be conducted for retail consortium members only. Manufacturer modeling may be conducted at a consumer-segment or account level for additional fees.

** The study will analyze the impact of key economic variables on key economic brands.
